About ABC Magazine

ABC Magazine is the longest established, best read free parenting magazine in the South of England currently with editions in Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire, offering practical parenting advice to everyone with children - from babies to big kids!

The magazine was first published in Sussex in March 1996, with independent editions launching in Surrey in July 2003, Kent in March 2006, Berkshire in November 2006, Hertfordshire in March 2007 and Hampshire in November 2007.

The cornerstone of the publication is the balance between advertising and well written generic editorial making it both entertaining and informative; packed with great competitions, all sorts of facts, figures and very useful local information. All manner of child-related issues are covered, as well as adult interests such as: health, beauty, homes, gardens, employment and finance.

Publication Dates
Each regional edition is published three times a year on the 1st of March, July and November
Each issue of ABC Magazine is current for four months:

The ABC 'family' currently has a combined print run each issue of 132,000 magazines all distributed free to parents with children under the age of eleven throughout Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and Hampshire!

Currently the spring 2013 issue of ABC Magazine is out and about, valid from the 1st March through to the 1st July 2013. Our summer issue is published on the 1st July valid until 1st November when our winter issue will take its place, valid from 1st November through to the 1st March 2014.
